This multihead weigher packing machine mainly adopts mathematical combination calculation to combine many qualified combinations from multiple weighing hoppers, and then selects the combination that is closest to the target weight from them. Automatic multihead weigher can be used alone in weighing or docking with the packing system to complete finishing automatic weighing and packing to a bag. Its accuracy and speed have greatly enhanced production capacity.

First, the materials are transported by the material conveyor to the upper feeding hopper. Then, the main vibrator vibrates to discharge the materials from the upper feeding hopper, feeding the materials to each vibrating tray. The height of the upper feeding hopper can be adjusted to control the thickness of the material drop. The materials exit the main vibrating machine and evenly enter each vibrating pan. They are then stored in the feeding hopper. When the weighing hopper completes the previous weighing and is emptied, the materials in the feeding hopper are vibrated into the weighing hopper for weighing, thus completing the material distribution and weighing process.
